Bavaria will be the venue for this year’s animago Award and Conference, an internationally renowned event focused on 3D animation and still, visual effects (VFX) and visualization. The event will be held during the Bavarian Media Days and highlights the State of Bavaria as excellent location for digital media. A long-term commitment with animago Award and Conference is also meant to strengthen its international presence and reputation. Bavarian State Minister of Economic Affairs and Media Ilse Aigner proudly announced to support international joint productions with EUR 4m.
The animago Award and Conference is a two-day conference with 1,000 participants. The animago Award honors digital artists across the globe. This year’s edition will be held on October 27-28, 2016.
